Welcome to Mobishield ("we", "our", "us"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Mobishield mobile application.
Mobishield provides mobile security and device tools, including storage and cache cleaning, antivirus scanning of installed applications, device information, remote ring, and optional location tracking for devices linked to your account.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, device identifiers, app version, battery, network, and performance data needed to show device details and keep linked-device records up to date.
Location Information: GPS and network-based location, including background location, only when you enable location tracking. You can turn location access off in your device settings.
Usage Data: Information about app usage, diagnostics, crash reports, and how you interact with app features.
Storage Information: Storage totals and information about this app's own cache and files Android allows this app to access, used to show storage usage and clean that cache. Mobishield does not collect or scan every file on your device.
Security Scan Data: Names and granted permissions of installed applications, used to flag apps that request sensitive permissions. The scan does not upload your personal files.
Account Information: Name, email address, mobile number, address, and authentication details when you create or update an account.
Notification Token: A Firebase Cloud Messaging token so the app can receive commands you send to a linked device, such as a location refresh or remote ring.
We may use collected information to:
Used for location tracking and device-finder features. Background location is used only while those features are enabled.
Used to show storage usage and to identify cache or media files this app is allowed to access. These are standard storage and media permissions. They are not required for you to sign in, view linked devices, or use the rest of the app.
Mobishield does not request, declare, or use the All files access permission (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). The app does not need access to all files on the device. Cache cleaning and storage tools work without that permission, and the app is fully usable without it.
Used so the antivirus scan can review permissions of applications installed on the device.
Used to sync account and device data, deliver notifications, and support security features.
Used to show tracking and remote-ring alerts.
Used to keep location updates and remote-ring playback running while those features are active.
Used only if you choose to enable device-admin protection for a linked device.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Location tracking operates only when you enable it. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings.
Turning location off does not prevent you from using the rest of Mobishield.
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
